The Divine Splendor: An Exploration of God’s Magnificence (Part B) By Pst Femi Leke

The passage Psalms 114:1-7

In the context of Israel’s departure from Egypt, it is noted that the house of Jacob sprang from a community characterized by the use of an unfamiliar language.

According to the source [2], Judah served as a sacred place, whereas Israel functioned as a realm under his control.

According to the source [3], the sea observed the event and retreated, while the Jordan River was forced to retreat as well.

According to the biblical passage in Psalm 114:4, the mountains exhibited a skipping motion akin to rams, while the smaller hills displayed a similar behavior resembling lambs.

[5] What was the cause of your distress, O sea, that caused you to retreat? Why were you compelled to retreat, Jordan?

[6] O mountains, did you leap like rams? And you, small hills, did you frolic like lambs?

The earth is urged to tremble in the face of the Lord’s presence, namely the presence of the God of Jacob. [7]

The duration of their residence in Egypt spanned a period of 430 years. What is the semantic significance of the term “Judah”? The name “Judah” is derived from the Hebrew language and has the meaning of “praise.” Judah served as a sacred place for God, while Israel functioned as his realm. A sanctuary refers to a designated space or place that is intended to provide refuge, protection, or safety for individuals, communities, or wildlife. The term “sanctuary” refers to a place of residence or dwelling. What were the reasons behind the Red Sea’s inability to sustain their presence? What were the factors that made it impossible for Jordan to refrain from intervening? What were the factors that made it inevitable for the lion to consume Daniel? What were the reasons behind the inability of the fire to not consume the three Hebrews? The presence of God, rather than the costliness of their jackets, was the determining factor. The Glory of God is an alternative term used to refer to the manifestation of God’s presence. The differential factor can be attributed to the divine manifestation of God’s glory. The fulfillment of one’s needs can be achieved solely through a reliance on a divine being. If one possesses the Glory of God (which refers to the tangible presence of God),

On the previous Sunday, an examination was conducted on the three tiers of divine splendor, encompassing the concepts of God’s omnipresence, His ubiquity, and the existence of His dynamic manifestation. The ambiance of miracles refers to the environment in which manifestations of splendour are observed. What factors contributed to the inability of Jordan to prevent their progress, the inability of the Red Sea to impede their advance, the inability of the fire to consume the three Hebrew individuals, the inability of the prison of barrenness to overcome Sarah, and the inability of the prison to consume them? Joseph’s fame did not stem from his mere engagement with the Bible, but rather from his embodiment of the divine presence. According to biblical accounts, the household of Potiphar had blessings as a result of Joseph’s presence within it. Joseph was a vessel through which the divine presence of God was manifested. If an individual possesses the divine essence of God, no earthly authority or gender will possess the ability to impede their progress. The belief in a divine being is posited as the sole requirement for the fulfillment of one’s desires.

In the present discourse, our intention is to delve into the narrative that underlies the attainment of eminence. The manifestation of divine splendor is not easily attainable; it consistently corresponds to the readiness and sincerity of individuals’ inner beings. The individual’s moral character is contingent upon their personal system of values. The individual’s perception of worthiness has a pivotal role in shaping the manifestation of divine magnificence. In order to derive enjoyment from the glory of God, it is imperative to assign significance to it. Whenever one observes the manifestation of divine splendor, it can be attributed to either the purpose of divine judgment or the adornment of individuals. The exaltation of the divine is not an easily attainable phenomenon; rather, it necessitates diligent preparation and effort.

The biblical passage in question is Genesis 14:16.

In the narrative, it is mentioned that the individual successfully retrieved all the possessions, including his brother Lot’s belongings, as well as the women and the people.

During that period, there existed a narrative concerning five nations that were inflicting horror upon the region. According to biblical accounts, these nations engaged in acts of violence, including the indiscriminate slaughter of individuals, usurping land and property, and engaging in various forms of exploitation. However, their actions took a fateful turn when they encountered an individual who had established a covenant with the divine entity. This particular entity is a member of the lineage of Abraham; the quantity in question was substantial. Abraham possessed a retinue of almost 318 servants.

The individual in question did not accompany the entire group of 318 servants. Rather, they selectively engaged in warfare with others who had received training. This decision was made due to the recognition that untrained individuals, upon being granted power, pose a significant risk. Prior to attaining empowerment, it is necessary to undergo appropriate training. The bestowal of authority is not entrusted to any individual by a divine entity. The availability of the glory of God is contingent upon the preparedness of individuals, hence necessitating a recognition and appreciation of its significance.

This is the reason why Abraham engaged in conflict with individuals who possessed military training. Are you adequately prepared for the task at hand? Given the arrival of glory, what actions will you undertake in response? The mismanagement of the ark of God by the children of Israel, as exemplified by its capture by the Philistines, serves as a reminder of the consequences that arise from mishandling a symbol of divine splendor. Consequently, the children of Israel have adopted the practice of carrying the ark with them into battle, thereby ensuring a certain victory.

According to historical accounts, it was reported that the faction in question attributed their military setbacks to their lack of possession of the ark. Consequently, they made the decision to retrieve the ark in order to rectify this perceived deficiency. However, despite their efforts, the opposing forces ultimately emerged victorious and successfully seized control of the ark. The aforementioned ark, although proved ineffective in safeguarding Israel, resulted in significant disruption within the adversary’s encampment.

Why? The differentiating factor was the perception of worth. Upon deviating from the divine teachings, individuals experienced a decline in their moral worth and subsequently encountered the absence of the divine presence. Upon the departure of God’s presence from the garden, mankind experienced a loss of divine connection, resulting in a state of nakedness. This separation led to the emergence of various undesirable conditions, such as disease and weakness, commonly referred to as negative manifestations. Preparation prior to the occurrence of an event. The act of preparing consistently precedes the act of manifesting. In order to experience the divine splendor of God, one must engage in appropriate preparations.
