God is not a joker, nor is he a comedian. He does not play with His word, and whatever he says is final. If the whole world gathers itself together to bring down the word of God, they will fail. We see a vivid manifestation of this in Genesis.
“And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” Genesis 1:28 (KJV)
Here, God gave humans the command to multiply and replenish the earth, with one accord, for honour and for the purpose of the kingdom. But unfortunately, it got to a time in their journey that they did something contrary.
“And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there. And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter. And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.” Genesis 11: 2-4 (KJV)
You will notice that, until the time God came to scatter them, there was no single mention of God in their agenda. Yes, they have made great strides in their technological inventions. At that time, they were able to invent bricks and tar, using them for their roads.
This means they were mentally advanced that they could event bricks and produce bitumen to burn them together. But, because God was outside their plan, everything came down, irrespective of their technological advancement.
“And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.” Ezekiel 37:3,4 (KJV)
The word of prophecy has come to you, though it seems it is not working; you confess this word every day, and even write it. There is good news for you: God can never lie. Once God speaks, it becomes a law.
Last year, the Lord declared it would be our year of divine laughter, and it truly was! Yes, the devil tried to stage some things against us, but we still laughed. And, this year, we will laugh more, with the devil gnashing his teeth in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!
The word of God is infallible. It is without any form of fault or error. So, God does not negotiate with people about this word. That is why, when He came down in that tower of Babel, He didn’t negotiate with the people, instead, He came down with the verdict that negates the progress of the project. This means that irrespective of the level of the experts giving you negative reports, those reports will not stand.
