“The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, and caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.” Ezekiel 37:1,2 (KJV)
Here was a completely hopeless situation; an actual mass grave. It was a time of consolation when people could say, “After all, I’m not the only one passing through this problem.” Indeed, when we look at the world today, one could almost give such consolation. But here is a warning, do not join others in the valley of dry bones.
One of the things the devil does is try to coerce you into accepting the status quo, but you must understand that it is temporary; especially when what you are experiencing is not what you saw. You have seen a glorious future for your career, marriage and life already, do not settle for the valley of dry bones presented to you.
Whatsoever negativity you see happening is temporary because the valley of dry bones this year will rise again, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Celebration will abound in your camp soon over your marriage, children, career and every area of your life in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Therefore, don’t give up on hopeless situations!
