THE LORD’S GLORIFICATION By Pst. Femi Leke

The order of Rev 5:12 speaks of the redeeming blessing, while Isaiah 12:3 speaks of the well of salvation. What cannot be defined cannot be found; you must define what you seek. Looking for particular solutions to specific life challenges? What is your plan for my marriage, God? My children, your word says in Psalms 112:1-3 that the generation of righteousness will be mighty, but I see no evidence of such mightiness in these children’s lives. What are you saying, God? He will give you the word that you will trade with to change the circumstance. Don’t go after religion and be satisfied, because religion, like man in Genesis 1 when he fell and made an apron of fig leaves, claims to be a substitute for the kingdom, so when you’re religious, there’s a deceptive spirit in it that will make you stop searching. So you look for the right term—the right word for the situation. There is no problem in your life that is not rooted in God’s Word.

We began to reveal the contents of the wells of salvation, claiming that they contain wisdom, power, and other things. But this month we’re looking at the sixth, the Jehovah shammah dimension of God, or the God who is always present. God is always present, but we must grasp the nature of his presence in order to make the most of it, for you cannot excel in anything without knowing. The distinction between a professor and a master’s degree holder is their level of understanding of their subject. The degree of knowledge and comprehension of their profession distinguishes a nonentity from a reference point.

What exactly do we mean when we talk of God’s glory? Man was only meant to function well in the glorious atmosphere (all object is designed to work in a specific environment known as a habitat). Humans will never function well in the absence of glory. The setting in which you are meant to function is the splendor of God. What happened to the man once the glory faded? The man had lost his color. Why did the man who was so powerful that the Bible stated that every animal created by God was brought to him and he was able to name them begin misbehaving? The glory had left. What do we call insanity nowadays? When the mind begins to malfunction, it is said to be insane. God instructed them to rest on the Sabbath in order to restore our system. Don’t overwork yourself. Sleep when you’re intended to sleep; God designed everything for a reason. God’s glory is crucial, and man is intended to function in God’s glory. When man misbehaved, his glory faded and he began to malfunction. Man was formed to carry out the will of heaven on earth, and if the relationship between heaven and earth is tainted, he will be unable to do so.

1 Samuel 1:26-28

[26] And God said, Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and give them dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the livestock, the soil, and every creeping creature that creepeth upon the earth.

[27] So God made man in his own image; he created him in the image of God; he created male and female.

[28] And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful and multiply, replenish the land, and dominate it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and every living thing that moves upon the earth.

What exactly is dominion? To be in charge. That is why we have a kingdom (i.e., the domain of a monarch). So there is a kingdom called earth, and God stated, “I am expanding my domain and creating man to rule over it.” What was the objective of his creation? To recreate heaven on Earth. Jesus was instructing them on how to pray when he stated, “Pray that thy kingdom come.” Heaven’s objective is to bring heaven to earth; religion’s agenda is to bring earth to heaven, and they won’t even get it since they messed it wrong. The standard is for you to live your life as God intended. We must always double-check our methods, and the only way to do so is to be linked, and the proof of that connectivity is glory. If the glory is missing, it signifies that heaven’s will has been messed with. He granted them power to reign because he wants to recreate paradise on earth to carry forth his will, which will necessitate his presence. We cannot serve as his ambassadors without his presence and support. Before giving a speech, an ambassador of a country will declare, “I am giving this on behalf of my country, this is the voice of the entire country,” but if he travels around to say his own, they will call him. So, as an ambassador of heaven, how well do you represent heaven? We cannot be ambassadors of heaven without his presence or splendour.

5:20-2 Corinthians

[20]Now therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading with you through us: we implore you in Christ’s name, be ye reconciled to God.

To be reconciled is to be connected. If God is not the source of something, he will not support it.

6:9 (Matthew)

[9] Therefore, pray in this manner: Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Where does thy Kingdom come? God’s aim has always been to dwell among his people since the beginning of time.

26:12 in Leviticus

[12] I will walk among you as your God, and you will be my people.

God promised to operate among you. There has always been a need to be with others since the beginning of time. Don’t allow anyone convince you that God’s presence is ineffective. That is God’s intention. Find out how to assure his attendance. If you have listened to my word, they thirsted not when he led them; not when their emotions led them or their father led them, but when he the master led them.

Isaiah 37:27

[27] My tabernacle will be among them as well; yes, I will be their God, and they will be my people.

God’s plan has always been to be with his people. Only a nasty parent will refuse to be with their children once they have done something wrong. They will flee their home. God’s will is for us to enjoy his splendor or presence. The source of sin or disobedience is what causes God’s splendour to fade. According to the Bible, “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). The splendour of God vanished the minute Adam sinned. What exactly is God’s glory? It simply refers to God’s evident presence. God’s glory is felt when his presence is recognized.
